If you are an IT professional, Sector 137 near expressway is good option for you. Many reputed IT firms like HCL, KPMG, Wipro, Accenture and so on are located closeby. It is an emerging real estate hot-spot. Social Infrastructure is good, and it is well connected to many localities of East Delhi.Sector 74 -Sector 79 (Central Noida)
Sector 74 to 79 are under development sectors and prices are still not that high. To get good returns in the future, you can think to invest in these sectors. Many ready-to-move homes are available in these sectors. Property rates as of 2020 are in the range of Rs. 4400/ sq. ft to Rs. 5700 / sq. ft.Sector 118 - Sector 122
There are many ready to move as well as under construction properties available in mid to luxury segment in these sectors in various configurations.
