You can consider areas beyond Rajiv Gandhi Salai - Areas beyond Siruseri, peripheral locations off GST Road, locations beyond Tambaram, Porur, Oragadam, Poonamallee and Gummidipoondi, ECR – locations beyond Uthandi.
On the other hand, if you wish to buy a flat and put your flat on rent, you can invest in areas near OMR. You can fetch pretty good rent here.
