Pros:
Well-connected to the NH-24 Noida-Greater Noida, making transportation quite easy
Affordable apartments starting from Rs 56 lakhs onwards
Dedicated covered parking is available for dwellers, along with amenities like a gym, clubhouse, gardens, and others
Cons:
Not all towers have yet been completed, though they were promised to be handed over years ago.
Possession letters have not been handed over to many dwellers
Poor maintenance
Tenants enjoy limited rights
