What is the Home Loan Documents Central Bank of India?

I took a home loan from the Central Bank of India a few weeks ago and had to submit some documents for the processing of the application. I am sharing the list below.

What are the Home Loan Documents Central Bank of India?

Here are the documents you’ll need for the home loan application:

1. Original Salary slip/salary Certificate and proof of other income.

2. Latest I.T.Return / I.T.assessment Order/Form no 16

3. Valuation certificate from the approved valuer.

4. Agreement for construction with Builder/Developer

5. NOC from the Housing Society

6. The approved plan of Construction.

7. Architects/Engineers Certificate confirming cost of construction/cost of repairs/Cost of improvements/cost of Extension.

8. Architect certificate confirming the age of Flat / House in case of purchase.

9. Affidavit-cum-Undertaking to the effect that the construction is in an authorised area, construction is strictly as per sanctioned.

10. Plan/building bylaws, the loan is being availed for acquiring.

11. Plot/house/flat for residential purposes only. 

12. Photocopy of Original title deeds of plot/house/flat. (Covering all the sale/transfer transactions till now)

13. All other papers relating to title deeds of property.

14. Agreement for sale.

The document list provided by my friend is as follows:

Besides these, he also told me that home loan documents Central Bank of India include the following.

• Central Bank of India home loan application form

• Identity Proof: Adhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Driving license.

• Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, last three months' utility bill copies. 

• Three passport-size photographs.
