The FAR for a plot area of 100 square feet was previously between 1.8 and 2.25. But it has now been increased to 3.5. It typically falls between 1.2 and 3.5. These factors include the structure's size, type, and location as well as any necessary facilities that may be provided for the structure.
Floor Space Index is a term. The floor space index, or FSI, is simply the ratio of the gross area of the land on which a structure is to be built to its floor area. Municipal or local governments under the control of the relevant State Governments control Floor Space Index. These numbers are set and dependent on the National Building Code. It describes the largest floor space that can be built on a plot of land.
What factors affect FSI in Delhi?
