Axis is a reputable bank and I had applied to them for a home loan last year, keeping the same reputation in mind. The loan manager was quite cooperative and understanding in addressing my issues and also answered my questions to a decent extent. The loan process, however, was a little difficult as it took quite a while before they disbursed the loan. Rest was fine.

Hi, the processing of my home loan was pretty fast and that is something I liked a lot when I applied at Axis, as they took over Citi a few years back. Their service is to be appreciated when it comes to processing the loan. But this is where things start to change a bit. The post sanction support from the bank isn’t as good, which is something they need to focus on.

So, Citibank was acquired by Axis like 2 years ago, so their home loan services fall under Axis now. Their customer service needs a lot of work and improvement. The processing of the home loan was tiring for me. Their staff at Axis didn’t take much time to answer my questions about the home loan. All of this made the experience bad, it wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been.
