Hi Sanjay,

I believe that you want to know about FSI. One of the most crucial components of real estate is the FSI (Floor Space Index), commonly referred to as the FAR (Floor Area Ratio). The maximum area on a plot of land that may be used for development is referred to as the FSI. The floor space covered to the available land area ratio is known as the FSI. The local or municipal authorities of the state legislature regulate FSI, which is typically set in accordance with the National Building Code. Rules for building construction operations are provided by India's National Building Code.

So, FSI can be estimated using:

FAR is the building's or plot area's total floor area.

FSI is equal to 100 times the entire floor area of the building's floors.

According to this metric, the entire plot is usable if somehow the FAR is less than 1. If somehow the value is less than 1, it means that there is undeveloped land in one or more locations. On the other hand, if the FAR number is more than 1, the storyline contains several stories.

I hope I could help you out.
