What is the Electricity Bill for 500 units?
I have stated the electricity rates as per the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM). Here is a table to help you out with the per unit prices. These prices are only applicable for areas which come under the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Municipal Corporations and other urban local bodies.

The rates mentioned below are applicable only for the areas which come under the Village Panchayat.

As you can see from the above table, if your electricity consumption exceeds 200 units, you will be charged 816 paisa per unit and 765 paisa per unit for areas under BBMP and the Village Panchayat respectively. In your case, the figure is 500. So, you can calculate with the help of the above table.
