So, a while back, we checked the 2 BHK available in SKA, which is a new project in Sector Zeta 1. The locality is nice and so is the connectivity. There is the GNDA Office metro and Dthe elta 1 metro 3 km from the place. You will also find several healthcare facilities close by, along with entertainment areas. So, there is a nice balance. There are 3 towers with 34 storeys, so it is a big project. There are around 645 flats in total. We are still considering other options while keeping this in mind.

Good place if you are looking for a 2, 2.5, 3 or a 4 BHK in Greater Noida. Location is something that my family liked, with necessities not to far. There are some good amenities too like a miniplex, pool, EV charging, indoor and outdoor sporting zones, solar lighting, spa and jacuzzi. Price wise, this is a bit on the higher side, with flats starting at Rs. 1.75 crores. So, fi that is something which you are okay with, you can keep this in your list.

Check out the 3 BHK on offer here a few days ago. Like others said, connectivity is something we were satisfied with. But the project will be delivered in Jan 2029, as per the builder, so that is something which is holding us back as we were looking for an earlier possession. Rest I think it is good in terms of construction materials and amenities and all.
