I am planning to book an apartment in the Express Astra Project. I researched that the project is RERA registered and the RERA ID is UPRERAPRJ479698. Also, I would like to mention in this Express Astra review that the pricing for the apartments is exceptionally reasonable.
Apartments are priced between 62 Lakhs and 1.3 Crores. The costs are really reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered.

10 minutes away are the Yatharth Hospital, the Primary Health Center [PHC], the Government Hospital, and the Bisrakh Major Shopping Centers.
Sector 76, Sector 51, Sector 52, and Sector 61 metro stations are close by.
