My wife and I visited the DLF One MidTown in Moti Nagar, and the experience gave us our preferred choice for a 3 BHK. Spread across 5 acres of land, the property is spacious with 913 units, including 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. We loved the project’s connectivity to the New Delhi railway station alongside Patel Nagar metro station, which is roughly 1.5 km away. The DLF One Midtown price starts at 3.99 crore rupees and rises up to 8.99 crores. The pricing is still a talking point for us, but the huge balconies, luxurious interior plans and amenities have surely drawn us towards the project. Hello there. We have been in search of a high-end 2 BHK in Delhi, and our search came to a halt after we got to know about the DLF One MidTown. The DLF One Midtown location is situated near DLF Tower, Moti Nagar, which is near bus, metro and train stations. This will really ease the travelling process. Now, let me shift to the DLF Midtown price list. The project is offering 2 BHK flats at a starting price of 3.99 crores, 3 BHK homes around 5-5.5 crore rupees and 4 BHK homes, starting at 7.5 crore rupees. We were impressed with the amenities, which speak of luxury altogether. These consist of a badminton court, amphitheatre, aerobics room, basketball court, sauna, spa, library, shopping centre and many more. We have already booked the flat and are waiting for the possession date. I would recommend you to give them a visit to make a wise decision.
The DLF One Midtown is a premium project being built by the trusted DLF Group. Looking at everything, we were keen to know more about this project. Let me share my views on the project. The upcoming residential project is located in a good region, with essentials, such as hospitals and schools situated nearby. If you travel a lot, the railway station isn’t too far, as well. I found the floor plan to be good, with the 2 BHK having 1190 sq ft., the 3 BHK having 1564 sq ft. and the 4 BHK having 2040 sq ft. of carpet area. The DLF One MidTown price begins at 3.99 crore rupees. Luxury is its USP, and I was seriously attracted to it. The DLF One MidTown launch date was August 2021, with three towers. The fourth tower was launched in December 2022. The estimated possession date is July 2026. My parents have positive views towards this project, and we might finalise this soon.
