I booked an apartment in this Coco County project. I just purchased this project after seeing the project site, and I didn't book an apartment until I was totally satisfied with the development. The construction quality is very nice. In the living and dining room, they are providing vitrified tiles, in the master bedroom they have provided wooden laminated flooring, stainless steel sink in the kitchen, and branded CP fittings in the toilets. I am overall happy. Hoping to get possession of my dream home as soon as possible:)

The Coco County project’s builder that is the ABA Corp group has very poor office staff, and I had the worst experience with them out of all the builders I dealt with to buy an apartment. They have a terrible manner of treating their consumers, thus I advise you against buying a property from them. Avoid dealing with their channel partners since they only make bogus commitments.
I would like to reiterate one of the most important facts in this Coco County review: Beware of the builder and this project, which has one of India's worst teams.

I have purchased a 3 BHK apartment in the Coco County project. They charged Rs. 70 lakh for a 3 BHK apartment and the total area of a 3 BHK apartment is 644 sq. ft. The ABA Coco County is now under construction and will be ready for possession in/as of September 2025. The project has been designed so that you can enjoy a tranquil setting in addition to modern amenities. One of the most important things worth mentioning in the Coco County review is that the project is RERA registered with the RERA ID as UPRERAPRJ958386.
