After going through several Elite X reviews, I visited this project. I was looking for an apartment in Sector 10, Noida extension. So, I visited 2 projects in this locality; Elite X, and
Arihant Abode. Both the projects are really good. However, I prefer Arihant Abode more than Elite X in terms of affordability. Elite X is way beyond my budget. Arihant Abode offers a 3 BHK apartment at Rs. 92.80L whereas Elite X offers 3BHK from Rs. 1.62 Cr.

Hi, One of my friends booked an apartment in this project. The Elite X address is near Canara Bank, Sector 10, Greater Noida West. He said that the project is still under construction and the expected Elite X possession date is by December 2028. I am planning to visit the site and make a booking. I heard from him that it is RERA approved and the RERA ID is UPRERAPRJ916631/02/2024.
