I visited the project’s site yesterday with my brother and the exact Ace Terra address is near Oasis grand stand, Yamuna expressway, Sector 22D, Greater Noida. This brand-new residential complex on the Yamuna Expressway features luxurious 3 and 4 BHK together with all the top-notch amenities. Some of them includes clubhouse, multi cuisine restaurant, banquet area lawn bakery and cafe, unisex salon, luxury lounges, gym, etc.
What we liked the most was it location. This project is approximately 12 minutes from Buddh International Circuit and 37 minutes from the upcoming Jewar International Airport. We decided finally to invest here.

Everyone in Noida is aware, ACE Group is a well-known builder with over 20 years of real estate market experience that constructs both residential and commercial buildings on a large scale. 2 weeks ago, we also became a part of their project. My father has booked a 3 BHK flat of 1770 sq ft in this residential project. The Ace Terra price list starts at Rs. 2.5 crore. I also visited the site with him and we were happy to move forward with the registration procedure. We had to several documents and pay the registration price. There were no problems at all. I am pleased with what my father bought and the possession we get is December 2028.
