Hey,
If the builder says the RERA carpet size is 1060 sq ft. You can cross check it by calculating the actual carpet area. For the most part, the RERA Carpet area usually is 5% more than the carpet area.
Just reduce 5% from the RERA carpet size, you will get the actual carpet area. This calculator will be the net usable floor area of an apartment excluding the balcony.
