Let me tell you my Himalaya Pride review. I wanted to invest in some affordable property and then came across this beautiful property. A residential development in Greater Noida Extension, one of the most sought-after areas for new residential developments (West) is Himalaya Pride. The property has a car parking, swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a bar, a meditation area, CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi access, RO water, full power backup, earthquake resistance, a private terrace and garden, rain water harvesting, and a sports center, among other features. In addition to its Vastu-friendly layout and design, the project also incorporates feng shui. I am particularly impressed with so many facilities and amenities which are offered. Read my Himalaya Pride review, I am sure it will help you. When I enquired about the project, I got to know the value of it. It costs around Rs.36 Lakhs for 2 BHK apartments with an area of about 870 sq ft and Rs.50 Lakhs for 3 BHK apartments with an area of about 1440 sq ft. The project is spread in an area of about 7 Acres with 4 towers, 22 floors and 762 apartments. The infrastructure, environment and surrounding of the project is so promising and it is the best location to live for both families and bachelors. The flooring in the entryway, kitchen, and bedrooms is constructed of 2 X 2 inch vitrified tiles and the bathrooms and balconies are covered in ceramic tiles. I had gone to inquire about the project and I was just surprised with their amenities and surrounding nature. I will tell you my Himalaya Pride Greater Noida West reviews. The project is spread across a large area, has satisfying amenities and offers a very soothing and peaceful environment. Himalaya Pride is located in Techzone 4 of Greater Noida West and offers beautiful and luxurious apartments with nearby connectivity like authority park, bank ATMs, hospitals, schools and colleges, shopping and grocery markets, multiplexes, malls, pubs, restaurants and bars. Here are some project advantages listed below.
1) Paras Public School: 2 km - 9 minutes
2) Kailash Hospital: 3.3 km - 18 minutes
3) Tanwar Market: 2.7 km - 13 min
4) Primary Health Center: 2.5 km - 12 min
