I have paid 50% of the money for my flat and builder is not proceeding construction since last 8 months due to some local government issues and I am asking him to provide me legal sale agreement documents but Builder is not responding to my call or text message so what’s best way to deal with builder so he can issue me legal sale agreement documents? Also previously he asked me to pay 25% more and he will issue it but since no progress in construction since last 8 month, I am reluctant to pay. So please advise me accordingly, I will appreciate it very much
