The property rates are already down due to the COVID pandemic. In major cities, the rates have dropped by 30% and land rates by 40%. The prices would be down for a while. But, many real estate experts estimate that the rates would start coming back to normal in a couple of months.
The property rates are currently down. However, I feel, it's only a matter of a few months when the real estate market will be back to normal. As per the real estate experts, this is the best time to invest in real estate. The rates are very low and you will get better returns in the coming years.
