There is no prescribed format related to NOC for the transfer of MHADA property. But before obtaining the NOC from the housing society you may need to write a NOC letter to the Housing society. I was checking out a template posted on NoBroker Forum, you may also check it out to understand how to write NOC letter and then write a letter accordingly.

As per the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, you are supposed to get your NOC within 90 days of applying.
