There are 12 towers in phase 1 of Marathon Nexzone.
Phase 1 of the project is under construction.
5 towers namely Zodiac, Zenith 1, Zenith 2, Avior 1, Acrux 1 are fully constructed and ready to move in.
The remaining towers in phase 1 will be ready for possession in June 2022 - June 2026.
Phase 2 of Marathon Nexzone:
There are 4 towers in phase 2 of Marathon Nexzone.
Phase 2 of the project is under construction.
Towers in phase 2 will be ready for possession in June 2025-December 2025.
