MHADA Mumbai is expected to announce the MHADA Lottery 2021 for MMR region soon. The announcement is expected to be made for 7500 housing units in Thane, Navi Mumbai and Vasai.

To register for MHADA lottery 2021, you will have to perform the following steps:

1. Visit the official website of MHADA at

   https://www.mhada.gov.in/en

2. Now go to the boards option and click on ‘Mumbai Board’

3. In the latest news section you will find the link to apply for the lottery scheme. Click on it

4. Now you will be asked to perform registration and create username and password

5. Fill the basic personal details, PAN Card number, income proof, mobile number, etc. and submit it.

6. Now username and password will be created. Login using them and add further details such as scheme code, reservation category, applicant type, bank details and click on the check box next to the undertaking.

7. Click on submit and you will be redirected to the payment page. Pay the application fee using NEFT/RTGS/ Net banking or other available options.

8. Note down the acknowledgement number for future reference.

The news reports earlier suggested that the MHADA will announce the scheme in May 2021 but it is now expected to be announced in June 2021. So keep an eye out for the notification.

7. Pay the application fee based on your category: Rs. 5,000 for EWS/LIG or Rs. 10,000 for MIG/HIG.

8. Review your application carefully and then click on the “Submit” button.

9. After submitting, download and save the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.
