If your budget is around 90 lakhs, you can opt for the 3 BHK in Sharm deep Apartment or Gail Apartment. If your account is approximately 60-65 lakhs, you can go for a 2 BHK flat offered by shivkala apartment or from Jeevan Ashray.
This all depends upon the money that you really can invest. The location of sector-62 is one of the best places in Noida. It would be best to first analyze all the important aspects before planning to buy a flat in this sector.
