Go to the registrar officer in the area of your business
Ask for an application form to register partnership deed.
Fill the application form with details such as firm name, place of business, names of partners in full, date of joining for the firm, permanent address, duration of the firm, date of registration, signatures of the partners, and signature of the witnesses.
You will have to attach the required documents along with the application form and pay the requisite fee
The registrar will start the process and upon careful verification of all the documents and details submitted by you, the registrar will issue the documents.

Form No.1 duly filled and affixed Rs.3 court fee stamp.
A photocopy of Partnership deed on minimum stamp paper or Rs.200.
Ownership Proof of place of business
Registered documents of the property
Previous tax receipts
Water bill, electricity bill in the name of property owner
Rent agreement (In case of rented property)
Residential proof of all the partners- Voter card, Passport, Driving Licence, aadhaar card
