Enter your mobile number and register your complaint by selecting your category: New Consumer, Existing LT Consumer, or Existing HT Consumer. Fill in all details regarding your bill issue and attach supporting documents like your bill copy and acknowledgement from CSC/ICSC.
Click on Send OTP and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number. Submit the complaint for processing.
Once submitted, note the complaint reference number. The CGRF will review and resolve grievances related to wrong bills, meter issues, or billing disputes. Follow up regularly until the issue is resolved. Wrong electricity bills can include:
