How to pay MCGM property tax online?

• Visit the official portal of the MCGM website at:

  https://portal.MCGM.gov.in/irj/portal/

• Tap on the Property Tax (New) option located below the Quick Links Section

• After clicking on it, the CSV Login portal page will open.

• Fill in your Property Account Number and fill in the captcha and log in.

• After logging in you will be redirected to the Property Account Address.

• View the amount you have to pay and click on the payment option by entering the amount you need to pay.

• Select the payment option to make the payment.

• You will get an acknowledgement slip once you are done with the payment.

You can use the Paytm app to pay your MCGM property tax online and get cashbacks while shopping online. I have used Paytm to pay my tax. It saves time and I also get good deals at times.

Hello. I can tell you how can you make MCGM online payment of property tax. I have been utilising the NoBroker app to pay my tax for my property in Greater Mumbai since last year. For your reference, I've included a detailed procedure I follow to pay my house tax below.

MCGM Property Tax Online Payment Process

If you own a property in Greater Mumbai, you must also follow the below steps:

• Download and install the NoBroker app. Open the app.

• Sign in with your valid mobile number and provided OTP.

• Hit the three dashes displayed in the top right corner.

• Scroll down and tap the arrow in front of the NoBroker Pay option.

• Now, hit on “Bill Payments.”

• Click on the Municipal Taxes icon.

• Select your state as Maharashtra and municipality as “MCGM Property Tax.”

• Input your property account number and property type.

• After that, click on the Get Bill button.

• Finally, complete the payment by the method of your choice and download the receipt for your records.
