How to Generate Income Tax Form 16 TRACESFirst, log in to TRACES as deductor
Under the ‘Downloads’ option, submit a download request for Form 16/16A.
You can find the files under ‘Requested Downloads’ in the ‘Downloads’ tab.
You will get the text file including details of every requested PAN. You are required to convert this text file to PDF with the help of ‘TRACES PDF Generation Utility’. You can also digitally sign the PDFs while converting.
Login to the TRACES account
Under the “Downloads” tab, choose the “Form 16B”
Bulk PAN download Financial Year 2018-2019
Enter the Unique PAN-Amount combination and Challan Identification No. details
Submit the request and wait for five to six hours
Go to Requested Download
Download the Bulk Form 16 Part A&B File
Download the TRACES – PDF – CONVERTER V1.0L(PART B)
Use the TRACES utility for uploading the zip file downloaded from traces and generating PDFs
