I remember we had a dining table set with 4 chairs. My grandmother was fond of one particular chair and it was her seat. Nobody dared sat on it ever. Here are the tips on fixing sagging dining chair cushions
Unscrew the chair seat from the chair. Ours would come off by just lifting it up.
Turn the seat over and remove the fabric using a staple remover
If the wooden frame is good and just the cushion needs changing, you’re in luck.
Replace the foam with new one and paste it with wood glue
Wait for a while to let it set
Now pick the new fabric and cut it to adequately cover the seat
Staple the fabric towards the bottom neatly and carefully
