How to Clean a Geyser?
Here are the steps you can take to clean your geyser:
First up, you must drain the geyser completely.
Once the cold water is out of the geyser, pour in a solution made of water and vinegar. Make sure the heating element is submerged.
Let the solution sit inside the geyser for some hours.
Then, you can flush the geyser to remove the vinegar from the tank.
Vinegar has acidic properties, works well in breaking down all the mineral deposits. So, your geyser will be cleaned well. This is all from my end. I hope this helps.

I live in a place where we get hard water for daily use and it is known that hard water leaves residue behind which accumulates in geyser, washbasin, mirror, etc. So, I clean my geyser often to maintain its efficiency and prolong its lifespan. I have mentioned the steps on how to clean electric geyser below that I usually follow.
How to Clean Geyser at Home?
Before you begin, ensure safety by turning off the power supply to the geyser at the circuit breaker. For gas geysers, turn off the gas supply.
Connect a hose to the drain valve at the bottom of the geyser and direct the other end to a drain or bucket. Open the valve to let the water drain out completely.
Once the tank is empty, remove the sediment and scale buildup inside with a long brush. For stubborn deposits, a mixture of water and baking soda can be poured into the tank. Let it sit for about an hour, then scrub and rinse thoroughly.
Close the drain valve, remove the hose, and turn on the water supply to refill the tank. Once full, turn the power or gas back on and allow the geyser to heat up.
After cleaning, check for any leaks and ensure the geyser is operating correctly.
I would suggest you do regular cleaning, ideally every 6-12 months. I hope my answer helps you.

How to clean gas geyser pipe?
An essential part of maintaining a geyser's effectiveness and longevity is cleaning it. Let’s check out the expert’s tips below:
Start by shutting off the geyser and unplugging the electricity. To ensure your safety, you must take this action.
The geyser should then be drained by connecting a hose connection to the drainage valve and letting the water drain out. By doing this, any contaminants that may have accumulated at the bottom will get removed.
Combine vinegar and water in equal quantities to create a cleaning solution. After adding the mixture, wait for a few hours.
Put on safety goggles and gloves, then carefully scrub the components' interior walls with a gentle brush.
Make sure there are no leftovers of the solution within the geyser by giving it a thorough rinse with clean water.
Reconnect the power supply, then turn on the geyser to see if everything is working fine.
A geyser needs to be cleaned frequently to stay effective and to guard against any harm. In addition to the indicated deep cleaning procedure, periodic maintenance must be carried out frequently. I hope you found this useful.
