Here are the steps that you can follow to clean your home toilets. 

• Start by removing everything on the top of the tank, and also, be sure to have your cleaning supplies handy. 

• Next, put on your rubber gloves and flush the toilet with the lid closed. 

• Add a toilet cleaner like Harpic to the toilet as close to the toilet rim as possible. 

• After that, start scrubbing the toilet from under the rim and make your way to the drain hole opening at the bottom of the bowl. You can flush the toilet when that area is cleaned. 

• Following that, clean the toilet seat and the exterior with a disinfecting bathroom cleaner. 

• Finally, clean the toilet brush to complete the whole process.

How do you Clean a Stained Toilet?

1. Take around half a cup of hydrogen peroxide and pour it onto the stained region.

2. Add 1 cup of baking soda on top of the specific region.

3. Wait for 15 minutes.

4. Use a toilet brush and scrub the surface. 

5. Finally, flush the toilet.

How to remove stains from commode?

Start with the exterior part of the commode. I like to spray Lizol and clean the exterior part of the commode first. 

Now, start cleaning the lid of the commode. You can also use some soap if you like. But I feel Lizol is a good option to clean. 

Now you will need to learn how to clean commode seat. For that, spray Lizol on both sides of the toilet seat properly and lower it back on top of the bowl after you are done.

Wait for Lizol to dry and flush the toilet after the disinfectant sits for at least 5 minutes. Now grab a sponge and start wiping the water to ensure it is dry. Use the flush if you haven't already.
