2. Now, you will see a form on the screen. Enter your KNO (K Number) carefully in the given box. Make sure you type the correct number as written on your water bill. 

3. Then, select your grievance type from the drop-down list. Choose the correct complaint category that matches your issue.

4. After this, enter the captcha code exactly as shown in the image. Check the letters and numbers properly before typing. If you enter the wrong captcha, the system will not show your status.

5. Once you fill in all the details, click on the “Search” button. The system will display your complaint status on the screen. You can see whether your complaint is pending, in process, or resolved.
