How to change IPPB mobile number online?

1. Download and install the IPPB mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the app and enter your login credentials to access your account.
3. Once you're logged in, tap on the "My Account" tab on the home screen.
4. Next, tap on the "Update Mobile Number" option.
5. On the next screen, you'll be prompted to enter your new mobile number.
6. After entering your new mobile number, you'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your new mobile number.
7. Enter the OTP in the space provided on the screen.
8. Once the OTP is verified, your new mobile number will be updated in the IPPB system.

• Download the IPPB app from the app store on your smartphone.
• You'll see a tab labelled "Service Request" on the app's home page. Select the tab.
• When you select the 'Service Request' page, three alternatives will be displayed on your mobile device. Account number, Aadhar number, and mobile number are the three choices.
• Choose the "Mobile Number" option if you want to modify or update the mobile number that you have registered with the IPPB.
• Following your selection, a blank field with the instruction "Enter Mobile Number" will show up. You must input the active cellphone number you provided to the India Post Payments Bank when you opened your bank account here. After entering the number, select "Search."
• The app will now look up every account linked to your current mobile number and display the results on the screen.
• Decide the bank account you wish to update the mobile number for. 
• The authentication window will appear after selecting the account number. You will be prompted by the app to enter your account number and mobile phone number. You will have three choices for doing so: face scan, one-time password (OTP), and fingerprint. Select "One Time Password" and click to confirm your choice.
• A six-digit OTP will now be delivered to your current cellphone number via the app. In the app's blank area, type the OTP. Finally, select "Submit."
• Now, among the various options on your smartphone screen, select the tab labelled "Account Service."
• The options from the 'Account Service' menu will now be displayed in the app. Hit the "Update Mobile Number & Email ID" button. 
• Enter your new cellphone number, which will serve as your registered number going forward, in the new window. Click "Update" after entering. 
• The programme will once more prompt you to select a form of authentication and one of the three choices. This time, select the "One Time Password" option and confirm.
• Click "Submit" after entering the OTP that was issued to your newly changed cellphone number into the field on the app.
• An additional form of authentication will be requested by the app. This time, select the "Fingerprint" option and scan your finger.
• You will get a notification on your new mobile number as soon as your fingerprint is scanned validating the change in your IPPB bank mobile number.
