I recently bought a property in the GK area of Delhi. To my surprise, someone told me about the registry charges in Delhi. You need to get the property registered under the owner’s name to ensure the government has a record of the purchase. It is helpful during taxation as well. Keep reading to know more. 

The Registry rate in Delhi is decided by the state government aka Revenue Department. Take a look at the table to know the current rate.
