Check Eligibility: Ensure that your residence already has access to MNGL gas supply. Only owners of the flat or property can apply for a new connection. Tenants cannot apply unless authorised by the owner.
Access the Online Application: Visit the MNGL official website (
https://mngl.in/apply-new-connection) and then go to the “New Connection” section. Fill out the online registration form with accurate details of the applicant, property, and contact information.
Submit Required Documents: Upload proof of ownership of the flat, such as the sale deed, property tax receipt, or society certificate. Make sure all documents are correct, as any future ownership disputes can lead to forfeiture of the security deposit.
Make Online Payment: Payment for the connection is accepted only through online transactions. Complete the payment as per the instructions provided. MNGL will acknowledge receipt of your payment.
Technical Feasibility Check: MNGL will verify if your property meets all safety and technical standards. If the residence is found technically unfit for piped gas, the payment will be refunded in full.
Confirmation and Connection: Once the documents and technical checks are approved, MNGL will process your application and schedule the installation. Note that online Scheme1 is not applicable to customers who have previously surrendered a connection under the installment plan.
