Hey there,

The term "1BHK" or "one bedroom house" refers to a home with just one bedroom, one hall, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one dining or living room, which together occupy 450 to 600 square feet of carpet space. A flat's built-up area consists of its carpeted area plus the space occupied by a wall. Other unused surfaces in a flat, such as a balcony, patio, flower gardens, etc., are also included in the build-up area. Because of this, when a flat's space is described in terms of build-up area, it appears larger.

I will explain to you the formula for calculating built-up area and super built-up area for your convenience.

Built-up area calculation

In addition to the carpeted space, your home also has other built-up areas. You can use the following calculation to get to the built-up area in your house:

Carpet area plus wall area plus balcony area equals built-up area.

The built-up area plus the proportionate common area is a super built-up area.

Alternatively, Super built-up area = Carpet area (1 plus loading factor)

Note: Depending on the function Object() { [native code] } and the precise location, the loading could range from 15% to 50%.

I hope I was able to help you.
