I'm considering buying a 900 sq ft plot in Bangalore. The seller says it is B Khata and can be converted to A Khata. I’m a bit confused about the entire process. What are the actual charges or total expenses involved in converting a B Khata to an A Khata? Are there any hidden costs or bribes typically involved? Also, can I get loan on this property?
