home loan including registration charges or not was unknown to me. The registration fee is the fee you pay to get the property registered in your name. It is usually 1% of the property or Rs 30,000 whichever is lesser. Both these charges are excluded from a home loan and need to be paid separately by the buyer.

A home Loan at no cost shall cover the registration and stamp charges. Don’t think registration charges included in home loan. You must be keeping aside an amount of money separately for these two. However, nowadays there are a few banks that are providing home loans including registration costs so discuss it with your bank’s officials.
So what are the registration and stamp duty charges for a property?The registration charge is 1% of the property in most states but the stamp duty differs a lot. It ranges from 2% to 8% as per the rule of the states. I know the stamp duty charge for some cities so let me share those
