Where to Use Lemon Grass in Your Home

Lemon Grass (7747) is a soft, light shade from the Asian Paints palette with golden-undertoned undertones. It brings a soft and inviting feel to interiors and is one of the more versatile choices for everyday use across multiple rooms.

Best Rooms for Lemon Grass

• Drawing rooms and living rooms: Light warm shades make social spaces feel welcoming and well-lit, especially in apartments where natural light may be uneven across the day.
• Puja rooms: The gentle warmth suits the spiritual quality of a puja space, calming without being clinical.
• Hallways and entry foyers: Lengthens the look of narrow connecting spaces and gives a warm first impression as you enter the home.

Lighting & Finish

Lighting: Warm light shades pick up the golden tones of evening sunlight; in homes with abundant afternoon light, expect the colour to read slightly deeper than the swatch.

Recommended finish: Pair this shade with a matte finish in bedrooms and drawing rooms for a soft, premium feel; in bathrooms and kitchens, use a moisture-resistant satin or semi-gloss to handle steam and frequent wiping.
