Living in Worli Sea Face has been like a dream come true for me. The view is amazing, and the streets scream royalty. Rent is very high, so you may think whether it's worth it. IT parks and all other facilities are nearby, so commuting and daily life is convenient.

My family and I have rented a 2 BHK here, and the lifestyle is extremely premium. But there's no direct metro connectivity, which is a huge drawback considering the high rental pricing. The nearest metro is around 8 kms from here. So, having your own vehicle would be more convenient. Anyway, the area has lots of recreational spots and fun things to do so it's always vibrant.

Recently bought a 2 BHK here with a home loan, and must say the area is pretty scenic. It screams high class and the roads are well-maintained and look beautiful in the evening. There are shopping malls like Phoenix nearby, and daily essentials like grocery stores are easily accessible.

The prestige associated with owning a home here is huge. The locality's infrastructure is top-notch, with well-planned roads and efficient drainage systems. However, the property taxes have increased recently, which impacts the overall returns. Despite this, the area's consistent demand ensures that the property's value remains robust.

The real-estate market here has shown consistent growth. the area's location and infrastructure makes it premium and worth investing in. The values have also risen by 66% over the past year.

My sister moved here after her marriage, and I often visit her with an excuse to explore the area. We also go to Haji Ali Dargah, and it's very calming. I have also explored the Worli Sea Face Garden and Worli Fort recently, and must say the area has lots to offer. There are also plenty of cafes and eateries nearby.
