We have been living in Vardhman Nagar for 8 years now. It is preferred by families and professionals. There are several decent housing societies. There are medical stores, schools, and parks within a short walk.

I chose this area mainly for the affordable rent and decent connectivity. The area is quiet. There are some co-working spaces and small offices. Not much greenery here

The area is full of activity, not very posh but busy. Found a good number of restaurants, branded outlets and medical shops. Metro station isn’t too far. I think it’s suitable for small families looking for a budget-friendly place.

I live here with my wife and daughter. We wanted a place close to school and daily essentials. Vardhman Nagar has decent schools nearby and lots of small clinics too. There's a small park where kids play in the evening.

Invested in a 1 BHK in Vardhman Nagar five years ago. The locality has high rental demand, especially from office-goers and students.
