The metro and railway station is a 10-minute walk from here so commuting to work in Andheri is easy for me. There's just ocassional power cuts and my building doesn't have backup so that's a headache some times.

Very nice locality with parks, shops, malls, and hospitals nearby. Been living here for almost 15 years with my partner and love the quiet surrounding and greenery.

I live in a standalone building so there's no proper security guard here. But still it feels safe just like in any gated society. I have hardly heard of any petty theft or vandalism around here. But some times the inner lanes get dark after 9 pm with poor lighting which can feel unsafe to walk.

The rental demand is huge here. Despite the prices, people prefer to live here because of the connectivity through metro and other social facilities. You just need to be careful with older properties which can come with legal or structural issues.

Peaceful and safe area. Public transport is great here. Rent is a bit higher but still the facilities are all great. I love visiting the Inorbit mall nearby - my go to shopping place.
