It's a vibrant locality and feels so lively to step out in the evening. There are cafes, restaurants, hotels, parks, lakes all within the area and everything from grocery shops to big malls is walking distance from my apartment.

Thane West is the perfect locality for families looking to settle down.The apartments are premium. amenities are luxurious. I also like how there are many entertainment zones nearby like miniature park, water park, lakes, etc. You will never be bored here. there's always something happening

For the rent, this is a value for money area in Mumbai. other than the daily traffic congestion and commuting issues, I don't find any other disadvantage here

Having lived in Thane West for more than 7 years, I find the area very comfortable and safe. police patrolling is regular and streets are mostly clean. But the area has become too congested lately. there are just too many buildings and commercial centres and hotels that there's hardly any space for air. despite the parks and lakes, the area feels cramped

The demand is high from families and working professionals. Still, the area needs more improvment in terms of urban planning like metro and road widening. connectivity is good but limited public transport is a concern and so is the traffic
