The area feels very dull to be honest. The lack of restaurants, cafes or any entertainment options makes it less active and boring. The good thing is it's away from the traffic congestion and noise of the city

It’s great area if you want to live away from city noise. There's no proper drainage here and the roads are bad. development is very slow here

My only concern as an investor is the delay in public transport connectivity. Once metro links come closer the value will go up

Came here for a client meeting. The greenery around was refreshing but I was surprised by how far the nearest ATM or petrol pump was. Not the most convenient for day visitors really
