I like that it's cheaper than the main city but the downside is the problem in commuting. Even if you have your own vehicle, it's a bit far from the main areas. My office is an hour of commute. and forget about social life there's no cafe or mall nearby

It's peaceful but slow development may kill the potential. Been here for the past 10 years. Road connectivity is good but it would be better to have a direct metro.

No metro nearby yet and road quality is poor, so rental yields are modest. There's still potential if the planned Sarjapur metro station operates soon

I'm here only for temporary purpose. I mostly WFH so the area works for me. Rent isn't expensive too. It's within budget. Would have been better to have some cafes or co-working spaces nearby

Visited my grandparents' the area is peaceful sure but not full time city ready yet. Roads get muddy with tiny rain. retail options are limited too
