We found a apartment at a pretty good rate. There are quite a lot of local stores and markets in the area.

We bought our house a while back as we were looking for something spacious and affordable. The community is small but warm, and I’ve seen it slowly grow over the years.

The area is still developing and you’ll find essentials nearby but there are no big malls or cafes nearby.

I’ve been staying here for a few months, and while it is calm and safe, there’s not much nightlife.

I live with my cousins and I find it quite peaceful. The roads become flooded during rainy days.

Whats good about Singahalli

  1. Infrastructure: Singhalli is well-connected to the city via road facilitating commutes to work or education. Public transit is solid in the neighbourhood.
  2. Compared to other neighbourhoods of Bangalore, Singhalli is a reasonably cheap location. This makes it appealing to first-time and budget homeowners.
  3. Despite being in a busy metropolis, Singhalli offers a tranquil setting. Its greenery and remoteness from the city core contribute to this.
  4. IT hub proximity: Singhalli is near major IT hubs like Hunachur and Bagaluru. This makes it convenient for techies.

What can be improved about Singahalli

  1. Limited nightlife: Singhalli lacks an intense evening scene due to scarce local pubs and clubs.
  2. Distance from main sites: Singhalli is far from popular tourist destinations in Bangalore, like Vidhana Soudha and Bangalore Palace.
  3. Limited amenities: Singhalli lacks high-end retail malls and luxury hotels seen in other city districts.
