Singahalli is an upcoming locality that falls under North Bangalore, with a PIN code of 562165. Due to its proximity to major IT and ITES job hubs, the area has seen steady interest from both end-users and real estate investors. Singahalli is slowly being developed into a well-balanced residential and commercial area, thus making it suitable for professionals as well as families looking for long-term settlement opportunities. The potential for growth along with the sense of community makes Singahalli an attractive location for an upcoming residential hub in North Bangalore.
We bought our house a while back as we were looking for something spacious and affordable. The community is small but warm, and I’ve seen it slowly grow over the years.
The area is still developing and you’ll find essentials nearby but there are no big malls or cafes nearby.
I’ve been staying here for a few months, and while it is calm and safe, there’s not much nightlife.
I live with my cousins and I find it quite peaceful. The roads become flooded during rainy days.
The monthly rent is incredibly cheap and affordable here. It offers a very peaceful and open environment in North Bangalore, completely free from the heavy congestion and pollution found in core city sectors.
A piped drinking water network has not been laid by the municipal board yet, leaving us entirely dependent on borewells. The approach roads connecting to the main highway are unpaved and lack streetlights.
The open, green landscape provides fresh air which is excellent for children's health. However, accessing high-tier international schools or multi-specialty hospitals requires traveling quite far toward the highway.
Being close to the airport corridor and the Aerospace Park offers great future growth potential, but current public transport frequency is very low. Having a personal vehicle is highly necessary to survive here.
New residential layouts are slowly popping up across the sector. Electricity is fairly regular now, but the lack of proper civic drainage networks and standard local medical clinics is still heavily felt.
Mornings are beautifully silent and peaceful, which is exactly what one looks for after retirement. Away from the city chaos, the local neighborhood residents are very simple, traditional, and friendly.
I visited this area recently to check out some real estate plots. There is plenty of open space for vehicle parking since the layouts are spacious, but the internal access lanes are still very rough and unpaved.
Given its proximity to the KIAL Airport road and expanding IT-Aerospace corridors, this area is an absolute goldmine for land-banking plot investments. Capital values are bound to skyrocket in the future.
There are zero student amenities like study libraries, printing shops, or pocket-friendly cafes nearby. Commuting to central degree colleges takes a massive amount of daily transit time and multiple bus shifts.
The low population density in the immediate locality limits daily customer walk-ins. During heavy rains, the unpaved approach tracks become blocked, making it difficult for suppliers to deliver stock.
