The location is super close to my office, so I save a lot of time on travel. BMTC buses are frequent, and auto availability is decent. There are nice cafes nearby like Cafe Coffee Day and a couple of budget eateries. Roads inside the layout are decent, though a bit patchy during rains.

The rental demand is consistent, especially for 1 and 2 BHK units. It’s not too far from metro work, so I’m expecting prices to go up once that completes.

The colony is pretty decent for families. Parks nearby, decent access to daily needs. What I like is the low noise level and trees beside streets.

I shifted here with my husband last year. We were looking for something near Electronic City but still with a local vibe. Shikaripalya is peaceful, and the apartments here have decent security.

I bought a 2BHK here about five years ago when prices were much lower. Since then, I’ve seen a good appreciation. Many IT employees look to rent here, so the rental yield is decent.
