I commute to Sarjapur everyday since 4 years as my office is on Sarjapur Road. The area is chaotic and I don’t like the feel of this area. Mostly people who have offices in Outer Ring Road or on Sarjapur Road stay in localities around and along Sarjapur Road
The area is ideal for long-term investors. Some areas here lack proper drainage, but with upcoming metro connectivity, things are bound to get better.
I enjoy the peaceful environment here, especially in the gated societies but there is water shortage during summer seasons.
