Whats good about Pleasant Park

Pleasant Park offers an ideal residential environment with proximity to Mumbai. The locality within 10-12 km has:

  • Abundant social amenities like schools, hospitals, retail spaces
  • Connectivity via major roads and upcoming metro corridor
  • Greenery and opportunities for outdoor activities
  • Developing infrastructure for rising property and rental demand
  • Cultural diversity and community feel in different sub-localities

What can be improved about Pleasant Park

However, regular traffic on the highway leading to the area during peak hours needs to be addressed. More public transportation options and affordable housing projects could further improve liveability. While connectivity is satisfactory, enhancements can strengthen Pleasant Park's position as a preferred locale for homebuyers and tenants alike.

I am happy with my investment here.I get tenants for my property easily due to the high rental demand here. The property rate appreciation is slow but stable. The locality is ideal for long-term holds.

Yeh area bohat safe hain. Schools, kirane ka dukaan, hospitals, medical shops, saab paas hi hain. Par parking ka bohat issue hain. Mujhe scooty park karne ke liye bohat hassle uthana padhta hain especially weekends main.

We have been living here for almost 16 years now. The community is friendly, and property values have risen gradually. It’s close to Link Road and has a calm vibe despite being in Mumbai but the area faces serious water scarcity, especially in summer.

We lived here for 2 years. Groceries, pharmacies, clinics, all are within walking distance. It’s a very safe locality with good street lighting and parks. Traffic congestion is however very annoying.

I visited a cousin living here and really liked the layout and open spaces. The area is not too crowded, yet everything is accessible. It seems like a self-sufficient neighborhood but some buildings are really old and I wonder how are people living there. It is very risky
