Pillahalli is a peaceful and developing residential area in Northern Bangalore with access to schools, hospitals, grocery stores, and supermarkets. It is a good choice for families, working professionals, retirees. The area is close to Nelamangala and has good road connectivity via BMTC bus services available. Metro access is still limited, and traffic congestion can occur during peak hours.

Moved to Pillahalli last year to be closer to my office near Sarjapur. The rent is affordable, and the place is calm. Not too many shops or eateries around, but I manage with online orders. Bus service is there, but I mostly use my bike.

Staying here with two flatmates. It’s a quiet area, kind of away from the hustle. For someone working from home like me, it’s peaceful. Not much nightlife, but we don't mind. Road is patchy in a few spots, but manageable.

Purchased a site in Pillahalli two years ago. It was a small risk but price was low. Since then, there’s been slow development. Few builders have started projects nearby. Holding it for a long term.

Seeing potential in Pillahalli due to its proximity to growing IT zones. Rental returns may not be high now, but appreciation is likely. Not a lot of traffic, and environment is peaceful. Feels like a good hold.

Been staying here with my family. We like the calm environment. Not too many vehicles around and kids play safely outside. Local roads are improving now.
