Nehru Nagar is indeed a vibrant locality with good connectivity to public transports. It's close to Phoenix marketcity as well as other malls and food outlets

It's a clean and safe locality in Mumbai. I have been living here for more than 2 years, and I like how easily accessible it is to local markets, malls, fine dines, and parks. the traffic can be frustrating at times, but it's a lovely residential area

The locality offers a charm of old Mumbai with modern infrastructure. Although some buildings look outdated and worn out, I find the place charming and comfortable. The only problem is that overpopulation is leading to too much crowd in some areas.

It's a prime spot for families as it's convenient and accesible to important parts of the city. bus stops and metro lines are nearby too. sometimes, it can be noisy and the area feels cramped due to narrow lanes and too much crowd

As a tenant, I like the connectivity to transport links, markets, and IT parks. It's definitely a well-connected area with family-friendly neighbourhood.

Investing here was a good decision for me, as it has a promising real-estate value. the demand for rentals here is steady due to its proximity to business centres and other commercial spaces.
